The visa fee and service fee reflect the administrative costs of processing your application.
If, despite the information and warnings on our website and in the appointment documents, your application cannot be completed or your appointment is cancelled because you provided incomplete or false information, or for similar reasons attributable to you, you cannot request a refund of the service fee prepayment.
