Please be cautious of individuals, agencies or websites claiming to act on behalf of Kosmos Visa Services or promising privileged access to appointments or visa approvals.

We would like to draw the attention of applicants applying for a visa to Greece to the following important information.

Certain individuals, organisations and websites may falsely present themselves as authorised agents, official representatives or as Kosmos Visa Services. Unauthorised websites have also been identified using the Kosmos name and logo without permission. As paid advertisements may appear prominently in search engine results, applicants are strongly advised to verify that they are accessing our official website.

 

To protect yourself against fraud:

 

  • Always verify that you are using the official Kosmos Visa Services website. The use of the Kosmos name, logo or similar branding by third parties does not indicate any official affiliation with or authorisation by Kosmos Visa Services.

  • Do not share your personal or confidential information with unauthorised individuals, organisations or websites.

  • Please be aware that unauthorised websites using the Kosmos name or branding may appear at the top of search engine results through paid advertisements.

  • Our official website is www.kosmosvize.com. Please check the website address carefully before entering any personal information or making any payment.

  • Our official Call Centre number is 0212 296 10 00. Kosmos Visa Services will not contact applicants via any other telephone number, mobile number or WhatsApp for the purpose of requesting payment.

  • All official e-mails from Kosmos Visa Services are sent from addresses ending in @kosmosvize.com.

  • Apart from the TRY 400 appointment deposit paid through our official website, no payment should be made through a bank or any other channel for the purpose of obtaining an appointment. Other applicable fees are paid when submitting the visa application at a Kosmos Visa Application Centre.

  • If you encounter any suspected fraudulent activity, we recommend reporting the matter to the Chief Public Prosecutor’s Office, the relevant law enforcement authorities or the competent District Consumer Arbitration Committee.

    Kosmos Visa Services cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, inconvenience or other adverse consequences arising from the actions or activities of unauthorised individuals, organisations or websites.
