Cargo Service is an optional service for the delivery of your passport and documents related to your visa application to your specified address once your application has been assessed by the relevant Greek Mission.
- If Cargo Service is requested, your passport is delivered directly to the address specified at the time of application, without the need for collection from the Visa Application Centre.
- Once your passport is handed over to the cargo company, you are notified by SMS by the cargo company.
- The delivery address is the address specified at the time of application and cannot be changed afterwards.
- The status of your delivery can be checked by following the steps provided in the “Application Tracking” section.
- If you decide to cancel your Cargo Service request, you must contact the Kosmos Visa Services Call Center. In this case, the Cargo Service fee is non-refundable.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If the passport holder or the person designated as the recipient is not present at the address at the time of passport delivery, the cargo company delivers the shipment to a third party present at the residence or workplace against signature.
- Cargo Service can be requested at our Visa Application Centres, and payment is made in cash.
